- The lessons fee is insured for the entire school year beginning on September 1, 2022 and ending on June 30, 2023.

-     Lessons have to bee paid on the 1st day of each month. Late payment results in a $25 penalty.

​

- The student is entitled to a maximum of 2 make up lessons per year in the event of an absence. To be entitled to a make up lesson, the student must notify the reception by email or via the student portal no later than 9:00 p.m. the day before the lesson is held.  Make up lessons should be taken according to the teacher availabilities and before June 30, 2023.

- The student is responsible for arriving on time for class. No recovery can be granted for a delay.

​

- In the event of a medical emergency, the student may be entitled to a make up lessons. To be entitled to a make up lessons, the student must submit to the management a doctor notice signed indicating the date and time of the emergency.

- Classes are given by qualified teachers with complete training in music.

​

- The student can choose to take their lesson online rather than in person. The student must notify the reception within a reasonable time before its lesson. In the event of a technical problem, the student is responsible for notifying the reception within 10 minutes of the beginning time lesson.

- In the event of a cancelation, a penalty will be charged in accordance with article 46 of the Regulations for the application of the Consumer Protection Act. No penalty will be charged if the student notifies the management in writing at least 4 lessons before the final cessation of his lessons, starting the following Monday of the reception of the cancelation notice.

- Photos or videos could be taken during the year to feed our Facebook page or our website. Students who do not want photos to be taken are responsible for notifying management before their first lesson.

- CEMA Musique is authorized to take the necessary sanitary measures to provide a safe environment for all. The school has the right to refuse a student showing symptoms of cough or fever. If the student or a member of his family contracts covid-19, he must remain in isolation for 10 days.

​

- It   is   possible   to   cancel   this   registration   without   penalty   by   notifying   management   in   writing (info@cemamusique.ca) before August 27, 2022.
