To be entitled to a retake, the student must notify reception via the student portal no later than 24 hours before the course is due to be held. It is the student's responsibility to register for available retakes via the student portal within 30 days of the absence. Courses not taken after the 30-day deadline will unfortunately be forfeited.
- It is the student's responsibility to arrive on time for class. No retakes will be given for late arrival.

- A penalty will be applied in accordance with section 46 of the Regulation respecting the application of the Consumer Protection Act. No penalty will be applied if the student notifies the management in writing at least 4 classes prior to the definitive end of the course, starting on the Monday following receipt of the notice.
- Photos or videos may be taken during the year for our Facebook page or website. Students who do not wish photos to be taken are responsible for notifying management in writing before their first class.
